Semi Homemade Desserts
Yep. The holidays are here. We have so much more to do, so many places to go and our kids are no longer in school! Here are two quick and easy , semi-homemade, desserts to make! I am looking into some that we can make ahead of time and freeze for last minute serving too! The first is a simple candy or white chocolate dipped jumbo marshmallow. Rachel Metz from Tickle-Me-Sweet did a short tutorial after our Sunshine and Sprinkles shoot! I just jazzed up the stems by adding some gold ribbon and a bell – simple & cheerful!
Now I’m a giant fan of pretzel and chocolate! I don’t know many people who aren’t. You’ll need 3 things. Pretzel rods, candy or chocolate melts and sprinkles of your choice. Melt your melts, then pour them into a tall glass. Dip your pretzels, tapping the base to get some of the excess melts off. Then lay them down on a sheet of wax paper, sprinkle on some fun and you’re done! Have a great weekend everyone! I’m packing these beauties along with some other goodies for a workshop tonight with Mystics and Mint! Can’t wait to share.
